On behalf of the Spanish Federation, both through the official communication of our e-mail and by the FIPJP General Secretariat, an official invitation to participate in the World Championship in Almeiria (Spain) has been sent to all countries affiliated to the International Federation. The countries and nations concerned are therefore those that have submitted their registrations on time. Please note that no entries have been rejected; the country that does not appear on this list is either because it does not want or cannot participate in our event and in these circumstances we cannot commit, everyone can take the decisions it considers appropriate. You will find below the list of countries and nations participating in the World Championships from May 1 to 5, 2019 in Almeiria, Spain.
After the first sessions organised in January 2018, Victor Nataf instructor and Claude Azéma Président of CMSB & FIPJP, returned to Phonm-Penh from February 27th to March 2d to lead : the first a diploma training of educator, the second for an education course for umpiring.
The 48th Triplet World Championships in Desbiens, Canada, have just been completed and we are already talking about the 49th edition which will be held from July 16 to 19, 2020 in Prilly Lausanne, Switzerland. The next Women's & Men's World Championships - Individual, Doublets, Mixed Doublets will take place from 02 to 05 May 2019 in El Ejido, Almería, Spain. You will soon find information about the organisation of these competitions on the Facebook of the Spanish Petanque Federation.

The City of Phnom Penh and the Federation of Boules and Petanque of Cambodia are ready and willing to warmly welcome the World Championships of Young & Female Petanque in November. The initial dates were scheduled from 4 to 11 November 2019 but the Cambodian Ministry of Sports wishes to change the dates and postpone them to 17 to 21 November for young people and 21 to 24 November for women. A final decision will be taken by the end of February.
The French Federation have just announced that they will compete in CEP Veterans Championship this year. Of course they have a wealth of talent to chose from, so it will not surprise you to learn that the team will be: Christian Fazzino - Jean-Marc Foyot - Fernand Riviere and Michel Briand.
